What
is a Colonic Session Like at Body Strategies? Our biggest
concern is that you are
safe, comfortable and feel respected. At no time are you naked or exposed
during a session unless you are alone in your room. Your dignity and
health are our number one goal at Body Strategies.
We are proud
to be the only Colonics Therapy business in Kansas that uses the state
of the art open system by Lifestream Purification System.
This system
allows you to sit/lay in comfort while you are messaged and the water
flows into your colon about one to two quarts at a time and then you release
right into the unit with no fuss and no mess! It is relaxing and quiet
and professional at all times.

You
will have an intital interview and be weighed.
Then we take
you into your private room and fully explain our colonics
units and how they function and show you the control buttons and
insert your brand new sealed rectal tube onto the water tubing on
the unit. We show you how to sit/lay on the unit and how to insert
the end of the rectal tube into your rectum about 1" only. |

We leave
the room so that you can take off your clothing from the
waist down and get settled on the unit and insert the rectal tube
1".
You cover
yourself completely with a clean white sheet, like you
were laying in bed. When you are ready you ring the ready bell and
one of our team members will come in an make sure you are ready.

You will
then start the gentle gravity flow of water by switching
the "flow" button and the team member will assist you
in releasing the water and built up fecal matter by massaging release
points and triggers on your feet and if you are comfortable with
it, we can also do abdominal lymph and colon massage to help you
get the most benefit out of your colon cleansing.
When you have passed
the 12 gallons of water a quart or two at a time, you are done and
we leave the room again so you can get dressed.
It is that easy! Before you leave we may weigh you again and offer
you a bottle of water with electrolites and an acidophilus
capsule to replace the natural flora in your intestines.
